Anyone else have a haunted ps5 controller?

I'm playing Ratchet. I have the controller volume off or all the way down to 0 in the controller menu AND in game, and yet I'm still hearing faint sounds all the time.

I've tried the "hold the mute button down" method, but that turns off ALL sound as well as vibration. help!!
