WinFF has a crop tab. With this video, you crop 133 off the top and bottom, but WinFF requires using even numbers so you use 132 or 134. You can get the number from any video by making a screenshot then cropping the bars off that in any photo editor, then do some simple math. I was bored so I did it for you.
