I know that you can make a radio receiver without any need for power supply such as the crystal radio but is it possible to make a transmitter instead?

I don't mind how primitive it looks like, I just want to learn more..

also post some buildable tech similar to this?

Without power supply? No. For physical reasons.
A radio can be made without power supply because the radio waves ARE a form of energy, it therefore takes its power from the signal. But for a transmitter you want to push power into the air, and that has to come from somewhere.

Let me rephrase that for you to understand: without power supply, as in without needs for battery cell, solar cell or connecting to your home socket.

something that could generate power on its own.

I don't know how you would generate the carrier signal, because most oscillators

a) need a steady supply of voltage that's not related to the signal
b) need a reasonable amount of power because of the moving parts.

Without any external power source the only remaining one would be the mic, and that one never does supply enough power. In every transmitter on the circuit the first thing that comes after the mic is an AMPLIFIER, you know, those things that on the plan are drawn in as triangles, and those need an operating voltage and current.
However, in theory just like you use a many meters long antenna to collect enough energy from the field to power a radio it might be possible to chain together several meters of microphones on the same wire and then have people scream into all of them at the same time to in a burst provide enough power to theoretically power the transmitter. So all you need are several dozen of people and as many microphones for your battery-less transmitter - or a battery. Take your pick.
