you could use a browser addon and use the os included voices (the ones that say microsoft).

I was playtesting a game where they used this voice as a placeholder for narration. Some of the deeper stuff sounded really silly on it, and once they got a voice actor all TTS audio files were replaced. The dev didn't recall where they got the TTS files from, so I couldn't reproduce the silliness.
