Any app recommendations to make pdf? One that allows you to change the background, place images and maybe customizable fonts. Pic related what exactly I want to do.

Maybe I wasn't specific asking for an app, but I need one to do on mobile. AC has practically everything Premium to be able to do something on it.

Is there a difference between app and program? Program gives me the idea of something for PC, and app something for cell phone. English is not my native language so it gets weird sometimes.

sorry I missed, that you wanted to work on phone.. Cant help much there, only Office I ever used on Phone was OpenOffice, but I just looked it up, its not that open anymore ...
