If I had to read into their post, they're probably seeing the indirect, tongue-in-cheek nature of UOOOOHH as indirectly expressing pedophilia without actually owning it, which makes it cringe. Compare that with outright expressing it, which is more based.
But anyway who cares it's a dumb meme from a dumb twitter comment.
