There's a feed back section from the home screen, but I don't think it will get you very far. Honestly I think the best way to get to them is through the janitor sign-up form.

Basically when they start accepting applications for board janitors there's a section were you can talk about this site's problems, and you can use that to bitch about the mods and they're more likely to read it.

you can't do anything desu. I'm sorry. the quality of mods in both 4chan and reddit have decreased significantly. my friend got permanently banned for trolling and his appeal got denied multiple times. really it's unfortunate and unexpected from a site like 4chan where people consistently post things suggesting pedo behavior and suicide and yet, they don't get banned.

You can't do anything really. Best you can do is go to the IRC channel and ask them to undue your ban. Would not recommend complaining about moderation there though.
