If you are asking if you can put an iron grid over your gas stoves open flames and cook, then the answer is yes you can. Its not going to poison you any different than a propane grill would.
But I would advise against it as you are risking a grease fire and you are going to smoke your entire house.
If you want to grill inside buy a cast iron griddle and use that. Its not like you are gaining any flavor since you arent using charcoal anyway.
