AMD software won't open and PC being fucky

For the past few days my AMD software has refused to open and the night light setting isn't working. Today when I turned on my PC the sleep option disappeared despite me not changing any settings. I restarted my PC an hour ago and now my screen is wide. Are the CIA hacking my pc? wtf do I do?

cpu: ryzen 3 2200g
graphics: amd rx580
ram: 16gb forgot the name
motherboard: bm450pro or something
