I am looking for a particular set of cartoon drawing tutorials.

If I remember correctly, the tutorials were created and drawn up by an artist from deviant art. His drawings mostly use anthropomorphic cats and similar animals. One of the tutorials I somewhat remember mentioning how to avoid "1000 Yard Stares" when drawing cartoon styled eyes. One of the characters I saw in a lot of his drawings was a male cartoon cat dressed in vintage style clothes with a vest and white long sleeve shirt under that. I mostly need the tutorial on eyes as that goes quite in depth compared to this picture that I found. Though any material or info from about the artist im looking for could help.
