So i have a xiaomi redmi note 5 pro with aosp extended android 9 custom rom. I have read that this phone supports a 128gb sdcard at max, so i bought one and put it in. Ever since, sometimes my screen gets stuck and i need to lock, wait 1 second, unlock phone for it to get unstuck. it happens quite often too. Now that i have taken out the sdcard, phone hasn't got stuck in a long time. I suspect this sdcard is somehow causing my screen to get stuck.
Also, when i start my phone, i have to wait 1 minute before it let's me open any app, because the phone is "checking contents" of the sdcard.
Pic is the card, it's SanDisk Extreme 128GB XC1 V30 A2, it's filesystem format is exfat(the original one).

Could someone please tell me why is this happening? I have never had such a thing happen to me before.
