so I want to make a paypal account but I don't want to give them my SSN along because I'm a privacy retard and I know that if I make an account from US I'll get that request eventually
will the same shit happen if I make an paypal account from europe? does european accounts require something like SSN as well or just a phone number and name will suffice?
