Anyone know some software like adobe illustrator but free or to pay once instead of periodical?
The requisites are:
>Support vector painting and brushes
>Can use the fill tool in vector shape (Clip studio paint cant)
>Have a basic animation tool with onion skin (I don't like very much the vector painting in Opentoonz since is very poor compared to an illustration software)
