Does anybody know where the heck to find this photo in its original resolution? It's featured in loads of online articles poking fun at the sloppy Photoshop job on her navel, but all of them feature the image in absolute garbo low-res quality, and don't attribute it to any source.

From what I've can tell from a bit of reverse-image searching is that it might be from a Playboy photoshoot, but I'm not even entirely sure on that.

Any help would be super appreciated!
