For a name, pick one that fits your profile picture and does not share a name of anyone you can't have plausible deniability of knowing IRL. Don't pick a name that's too generic or too unique.
For your fake profile's bio, once again don't be too generic or too unique. Look around at other profiles to get an idea of something that is inconspicuous.
Above all else, use a throwaway email address that has no relation to you and NEVER use the same password.
