I can't remember the name to some weird cartoon series about some kids living in some city I saw ages ago on like HBO or something and its been on the back of my mind for like the last 10 years. The only thing I have to go off on is an episode of it.

The episode goes that the bully kid was in a diner, I think, teaching the main character kid how to visualize girls naked so he can see their tits. But once he does it the main character can't turn it off so wherever he goes he starts seeing tits on everything, on old ladies, passing by cars, dogs being walked ect ect. Please help me remember this dumb cartoon so It can finally fade from my memory /r/.
