I have no idea how to code, but I know how to edit a few things here and there. I've hit a wall with my attempt at editing this start page though.

I'm trying to get all the links in all the start page's tabs to have the same style as the very first tab. In this picture, the first tab is on top. All the other tabs look like the bottom part.
