I've watched like 100 anime but I feel like there's still lots of stuff for me to discover and watch. Manga as well. Recommend me stuff.
Some stuff I really enjoyed:

I forgot to add, I've watched like 135 episodes of One Piece. It's fun desu, I usually have a week where I watch an arc or two and after I finished a big saga, like I just did with Arabasta, I'll watch something else for a while. Thanks for the reccies.

Well at least you're self aware, that is some really boring taste OP, it looks like you just watched whatever was popular for the most part, with the few things not from the last decade being typical "top anime" recs and 3x3 thread fodder. Your favorites are also in that vein, being a random smattering of genres with the only common link being they were popular on reddit sometime in the last decade. You don't seem to have any particularly strong inclinations to genres or styles of show.

I could just give you more of the same, as in, popular, well-acclaimed shows typically watched by boring no-taste people, but if you give me some info about what exactly you enjoy in an anime I can try to help you develop taste. You say you love Code Geass, what did you love about it? The mechs? The titties? The over the top camp? The bishounen? What?

If you want some more grounded "real robo" mecha series, try getting into Gundam. It's mostly drama and politics, with mecha fights being a surprisingly small part of it, at least for the Universal Century timeline series. The UC timeline is a term used to group gundam anime that share a continuity, not all of them do. The original Mobile Suit Gundam series from the 70s can feel kinda dated, so if you want a more modern intro to UC Timeline I'd recommend The Origin, which was made very recently as a prequel to the UC timeline series, set before the events of the original Mobile Suit Gundam.

If you want something that's a little more super robo feeling, I'd recommend Gunbuster. It has one of the best stories of any mecha series, with a really strong emotional payload in the final episode. It's an OVA series with 6 episodes, each episode varies in length from around 30 minutes to almost 50 minutes. It's one of Gainax's earlier projects in the 1980s.

There's also stuff like Escaflowne if you want isekai mecha, back before isekai was really a thing. It's a series that's probably best known for its caped robots.

I've heard Geass described at least once as "Gundam but with Char as the main character" so if that's accurate I'd say check out Gundam like that other anon said.
You could try The Origin like he said (can't comment on it as I've not seen it) or you could go for the original series or the film versions of it (and then go on to watch Zeta, Double Zeta, and Char's Counterattack to finish up that sorta quadrilogy if you want more).
I looked up who did the mechanical designs for Code Geass and he also did the ones for Overman King Gainer, so perhaps you'd be interested in that, show's real good.
