looking for space sci fi manga/anime reqs

stuff's kinda hard to find nowadays. we used to have gundam, macross, and all sorts of mecha stuff but it's getting rarer and rarer these days so I'm trying to see if there are any hidden gems out there. preferably no isekaishit but I'm willing to tolerate.

a couple of this isn't really in line with what i suppose you want from space-based sci-fi but in, terms of anime/manga, space isn't really at the forefront of japan's public interest
