I'm looking for a specific anime recommendation chart. There's some old guy who apparently reviewed a bunch of anime and rated them on a scale of either 4 or 5 stars, and this was a chart that contained the series and movies he rated the highest. I remember his movie list included Whisper of the Heart, Only Yesterday, and Tokyo Godfathers. I think for some reason the chart also had a photo of this old guy outside wearing a wide-brimmed hat.
