Resize the flash horizontally so that it has a vertical aspect ratio. This works for a lot of files, sometimes you'll need to resize them vertically. Other popular way of including sources inside flashes are by displaying them when the user clicks inside the flash, listing them in the right click context menu or pressing buttons like enter, space, or escape.
