i'm trying to make one of those gameplay vs lore memes (like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=73St08q-QAI) but i need a type of editor that will let me put a video inside of an image and make the video smaller, every (free) editor i can find only does it the other way around. i already made the video for the lore part but i need to put it into the image and make that a video but i can't find any software that'll let me do that
