so I got this Asus B450M Plus II motherboard with a 5600G, I connected everything but I can't get into the BIOS, maybe because it's not updated. Tried to use the USB method to update it but it doesn't recognize it, it just shows that there is not bootable device, any advice?

you need to put in 2600 or something and update with it

USB update wont work either if the CPU is wrong

sadly nobody has made a motherboard which is updatable when no CPU is inserted

Shutdown. Insert usb with bios into usb 11 and use the bios flashback button 7 until it blinks. Then hit the power button.

It doesn't boot while the flashback is working. See if the light changes. It may turn off once the update is done. The flashback method should work, so unless you have easy access to another cpu it's probably worth trying to do it that way.

I mean I plan to use a USB with Windows LTSC but with no bios I don't see how that can help

It sounds like your bios is ok and it is trying to find something to boot from, try repeatedly pressing the delete or f2 key to get into the bios while it is starting.

It should go from that screen to the bios. Repeatedly press the delete key at that screen until you possibly get the no device detected screen again, but I don't know what else to do from there. It sounds like your bios is fine.
