I want to browse the internet like it's 1999. I've tried several browsers with classic interface like palemoon,k-meleon and seamonkey but they all have unpardonable flaws(palemoon is LAGGY AS FUCK and youtube won't load, k-meleon doesn't support the new captcha on 4chan and have no smooth scrolling, and seamonkey has fucked up video player for 4chan).

Any browser suggestions with classic interface? (must be safe, fast and reliable, of course)

Alternatively, is there a way to customize edge such that It will have ui that of 1999 aesthetic? or better yet, fix the lag I'm experiencing with pale moon?
