>>1135643Nah, if you have a legit windows 8 key or sticker somewhere win10 will activate just fine by typing it in. Alternatively there's a good chance the previous windows' key is stored in the BIOS and it'll activate off that instead.
If none of those is true you might be in trouble, if literally the only place the win8 key was stored was the running OS that you just wiped.
