The Aquarion trilogy, Ideon, Demonbane, Big O, Heroic Age, Hell Target, and Future Diary. Might Gaine and Votoms get that way in their final arcs, but not for most of the story. Yamato Resurrection might kinda sorta count.

Stephen King has a short story in Night Shift that is Lovecraft style called Jerusalem's Lot

Almost every famous genre writer it seems like does some sort of homage to Lovecraft or they just rip him off and claim it was their own idea

Try older Arkham House anthologies, like “New Tales of the Cthulhu Mythos”, it has lots of good stories by various well known authors, all of them are lovecraftian.
