Also other services that keep turning back on after I disable them like the security service? Search results are worthless because I've tried most of the things that I find and they're all temporary solutions because everything just reactivates after a while. Update notifications don't go away after I disable the service and still seem to download/install.
I'm using Win10 Home and I'm not getting another OS so don't tell me to install Linux.
