If you mean "the most people with actual autism and zero social skills" it's probably some "game" with anime tiddies I've never heard from and I couldn't pronounce anyway. I'm always surpised at how well they sell, they seem to attract the forever-alone spergs like flies.
If you mean "the most people with autism-like zeal at playing the game" it's probably Factorio. There's a case for some of the Zachtronics games perhaps, since they're (depending on the game) actual programming.
If you just mean "the most people who are maladjusted" it's probably League or Dota.
