I think I have a knee injury. I'm not as active as I used to be but certainly not fat or overweight. I was walking down a hill and stomping my feet down and now my knee has been hurting for the past month on occassion. What can I do to alleviate the pain besides seeing a physician or doctor? I thought maybe it just needs time to heal? Maybe I should do some light exercise?
