If you wake up with a fever it’s probably covid, if it’s better tomorrow then awesome, if it’s the same just keep monitoring it, maybe have some advil or something. If it’s sore for more than 3 days and it’s not caused by something explainable like how you sit or going to the gym which it seems it isn’t, then I’d say definitely go to the doctor by then.
I wish I had more holistic or home pharmacy tips but I’m not super knowledgeable on that. Tbh Reddit and Google could help you better in that regard. Good luck anon
