Going to assume OP means starting in 2016. From there we had Flip Flappers, Maria The Virgin Witch, Mazinger Z Infinity, Getter Robo Arc, GATE, Dragon Goes House-Hunting, Macross Delta, Gundam Build Divers, Gundam Thunderbolt, Gundam Narrative (although this requires you watch Gundam Unicorn first), the Majestic Prince movie (you need to see the series first which was almost as good), Unit Pandora, Babylon, Misfit of Demon King Academy, Akudama Drive, Sleepy Princess in The Demon Castle, Your Name, and airing right now is Platinum End. Aquarion Logos is also a turn your brain on type series that is probably one of the smartest anime ever made, but it's from 2015.
