I use the Video Ad-Block, for Twitch extension.
Some people prefer Streamlink + Streamlink Twitch GUI, but I've had issues with that one in the past. There are quite a number of options. See what works for you.

I have Ublock Origin and still get twitch ads. I'll try the extensions recommended above, but it's not true that all adblockers work on twitch.
