It's not porn, and I'm almost positive that it's from some children's sexual abuse PSA. I don't even want the source for degenerate reasons, I genuinely just want to know what happens and who made it. All I know is that it's apparently on Youtube "somewhere," although my searches led nowhere. Any help is immensely appreciated.
