Built my own PC last year (not my first build, been doing it for 15 years)

32MB Corsair Vengeance RAM
EVGA 3070 FTW3

I have two separate issues, one of which is resolved but might feed into the other one.
I use a DAC that's hooked up to my PC via USB, and then to my speakers. I was having issues with the audio cutting out...I would have to unplug the DAC, wait like a minute, and then plug it back in to force Windows to reacquire it. At the same time Windows was reacquiring the "new connection", my Razer Blackwidow Chroma keyboard would also flash and act like it was getting recognized as well. I switched over from a USB-A to USB-B cable to a USB-C to USB-B cable which is now plugged into the USB Audio port on my mobo. I havent' had any issues with that since then.
However, my other issue is that *sometimes* when I stand up, my first display will flash briefly, and then the PC will softlock. I can only force a reset via the reset button on the case, nothing responds. The lights on the keyboard go out and there is no cursor/mouse is unresponsive. Also, my RGB case fans which normally cycle between three colors will stop on whatever color they were on when the flash happens.
At first I did some digging and found there were a lot of issues with the original Blackwidow Chroma (which I had) so I got a different kb. The issue persists, but it's not as frequent. I have tried jiggling the case to see if I can replicate it, checked all the connections in the monitors and at the PC, switched outlets, and I jump up and down next to everything, and nothing. It's only when I get out of the chair. wtf mate. any ideas?
