Everyone considers him hideous, but there is still a tsundere/stalker elf whom he saved. So if you’re looking for “bad looks = no love” maybe this is not the one. Though the cliché of the MC not catching onto advances is ever so present, so there may not be any development in the end… I haven’t read that far.
The humor and art is on point as well.
