--no-keepaspect-window if you're using CLI to open it
Remove the first two - and add it into your config if you want to set it as the default setting.
The mpv manual works wonder if you use Ctrl+F

cycle-values keepaspect-window yes no
in input.conf
I'm at least seeing it change from yes to no but it doesn't actually work.
