I have serious pressure on my middle spine, I'm afraid it might be some form of spinal cord injury. Does anyone have experience with middle back pain and what I might have? Maybe a fix or medication I can take without having to go the doctor?

I don't have money or an outpatient insurance for something as potentially serious as this so I'm still saving up for a check up, any kind of help is appreciated.
