Is it possible to be hungover for more than 4 days?
I am still hungover from drinking Wednesday night
I was on an empty stomach (rookie mistake)
I don't have alcohol poisoning but my state has become better
I am just very dizzy and confused

It's way more likely that you caught a cold or something in your rundown immunocompromised hungover state. It's possible that you're not really digesting anything so you're not replenishing the nutrients you've lost.

Try drinking simple juice and a soup like lentils or chickens or something. You want stuff that's easy to digest, to give yourself the energy to sort yourself out.

If it's been several days and there's no sign of improvement, maybe phone your country's non-emergency health number and see what they say.
