What's a good software for playing blurays on PC? I'm trying MPC and VLC but neither will open it.

VLC should work. Maybe your PC doesn't support blu ray?

To answer both of you vlc can play u encrypted Blu-ray’s but if they are encrypted then you have to set it up like this
