Yes, you might not give two shits about art but other people do. I've seen loads of threads that arent about video games like battle station threads, how do i buy games, talking about headphones, learning japanese for a game, threads talking about steam, threads talking about some translator, threads talking about some old youtuber, threads about gpu or pc prices, threads talking about linux, and so on and so on, some dev, some person who worked on game.
None of those are about a video game in particular yet they stay up.
The dont get deleted at all, it's hard to tell what is allowed in the end.
When some are allowdd and some arent.
