Some games need more space for installation. It's literally what it says there, you need that much space to install, and then how much it'll take after it's done.

i think you'll need the full 10.7
after looking it up a lot
there's figures on steam at 12gb and people saying their original versions of bioshock 1 were 8 gigabytes.

Well I got It to work, and It only took up around 5 GB of space. So the OP picture is just a poor translation on the crackers fault.
