I have a bit of a problem with my toilet. My toilet keeps filling water even way after I flushed it, the good thing is that it's not overflowing nor is it causing a problem to refill the bowl with water. The only problem is that it's been making noise and won't stop, so I was wondering if anyone here knew what the problem is and how to fix it?

It doesn't play beyond the first frame, but that's an American flapper-toilet, and this is a common problem with the flapper design.

Replace the flapper first, see if that helps.

Pull up on the black float and see if it stops running.
If it does adjust that screw to lower the float and shut off the water.
If not replace the whole flush valve.

The way your toilet works is that there's a floater attached to a lever which determines when your tank is full.

This thing is getting stuck on yours before it fully lifts the lever to turn off the water flow.

It's not a flapper problem like the other anon said, the flapper would cause it to endlessly flush instead of just making noise in the tank. Your tank is just filling and draining straight into the overflow tube.

Open the back when it's full and check out if anything's touching your float. Flush it and watch if something is getting caught on it as it goes up. If neither, use some waterproof lubricant on where the lever is fixed and check each associated part for tight, correct installation.

1) Take lid off the tank.
2) Familiarize yourself with what kind of set-up you have so if you see it later you'll recognize it, look for any brand names. Write them down if you have to... there's A LOT of variations. But, of course, all you care about is whatever you have.
3) Go to Youtube, search "toilet keeps running" or "Common Toilet fixes"
4) A thousand how to videos will appear! Find one that matches your toilet and your problem
5) Watch the video
6) Fix the problem

I mean that's what I said too, but if you actually get the video to play you'll see that the water is going down the black pipe, not sneaking past the flapper.

Uhhhhh, so it got fixed. I actually had a friend come by and I mentioned the problem, so he took a look at it, fucked around a bit, and what the issue was the top part of the black tube thing was turned, so all he did was turn it to the right a bit and it was fixed. It wasn't a major issue since my toilet didn't flood nor did it have issues flushing or refilling, just the noise of refilling, which is why he was messing around with it. Our theory is that it was bumped or moved during a flush, so it must have been a bit loose and just needed to be screwed back on. Thanks for the help though anons, appreciate it anyways
