I'm into 80's and 90's obscure anime, so I need recommends, something like this (Pic related: Majo Demo Steady)
PD: No jokes about Boku no Pico and similars, 'cause I've already seen it

I would tell you to just browse MAL's records from that time and grab what interests you. Check "A Kite" if you haven't, it's quite good.

OP, it's really tough to recommend stuff that you would find obscure since we don't know what you've seen. FWIW I share your pain as someone who has seen way, way too much anime. If you want to see things that you haven't come across, I suggest using MAL and searching through anime listed by staff members who were involved in something you enjoyed. Also, follow what sub groups like this one do, since they're actively getting things from otherwise lost VHS and Laser Discs onto the internet:

Defining "obscure" is complicated, because everyone has a different idea of what it means. In my case, I understand it as those OVAs from the 80s and early 90s that hardly anyone has seen.
