The power went out and when i rebooted my pc the pc couldn't recognize the hard drive. I tried rebooting but then i got srttrail.txt error. Tried rebooting again and now it takes me to bios. The fuck do i do?

Try accessing CMD from the bios. I don't remember how but I think you can do that somehow. Do that and try running chkdsk.
Also I'd recommend investing in a Uninterruptible Power Supply.

I'm already doing that, it's going on right now
I installed windows LTSC so i got the install usb and accessed command prompt from the repair menu
The thing that bothers me though is the hard drive disappearing from recognized files by the system. It's not the first time it happened. Like the hard drive was never connected in the first place.
It normally went away after keeping it shut down for an hour or two but this time it brought me to strtrail
