cant go to /ic/ and cant use VPN to go there so need some tips on my drawing

looking for a simple ways to memorize the position, length and direction of the lines that builds an image like this but i have abit of an issue like how the hands hides the face and how the flabby parts of the chin to the neck should be drawn, and then finally the general "linearts" that shape this image and how it should be properly done..

generally an all around guessing method.
to make a "correct" image...
