Imo you look a little bit Iberian or southern French. Possibly other Mediterranean. But realistically if your recent ancestors are from the eastern US with English surnames and would consider themselves white, your ancestry is predominantly British/Irish.
You say you're living in Mexico but you give no info about your family's surnames or where they came from (even in recent generations) which isn't very helpful.
You do look like you could be a small amount native north American too, but seriously give us more info to work with please
