I put in a new GTX 960 in my desktop, seated it and hooked up the power supply, turned on my computer and it wasn't working
Tried reseating and turning on the system before hooking it all back up, when I turn on the computer to see if the fan would start up (to see if it was powered), it would blow insanely hard, I turn off the system and try again and the fan barely stutters every 5 seconds
Is it a blown card? Am I probably not seating it correctly? Everything looks normal and I thought it was a straightforward process but I can't get this going
