>>1239252Anon, unless you are contagious, don't stay at home reading manga and watching anime. Go out and volunteer.
Mow your neighbour's lawn, wash their car, weed their flower garden, help pack bags at a food bank, tutor some refugees or elderly immigrants in English, sing at a hospital, bake cookies for a nearby social club, work in a charity store for a couple of hours a week, find a service organisation, adopt a road or a highway and keep it free of rubbish.
Do something for yourself too, call up a friend you haven't heard from in a long time, join a social sports group, take up cycling or jogging or karate or meditation (as a group as well as on your own), join a speech making club, a book club (but not as an excuse to stay at home reading books), clean your kitchen, make your bed every morning (look up General McRaven's speech for context, it's maybe 16 minutes long, but don't then sit there watching more videos), eat sensible food even if you don't feel hungry, drink water, go to bed at a good hour and turn off you tv, computer, tablet, phone, and probably ereader, well before bed.
You can still read manga and watch anime, even do that a lot, but only after you've gone out and done something nice for someone else.
