The rest suck or are mediocre.
After filtering for you, I would add some things:
5 cm per second and garden of words look fantastic, but the story is meh.
Waltz with bashir is a rotoscoped movie about a war veteran.
Disneys fantasia from 1940 is awesome, like old music videos of classical music pieces.
Akira is a great anime movie, would be surprised if you missed it.
The prince of egypt is about Moses life, although biblical, and a musical, it is really good, although some effects are dated.
Movies by Sylvain Chomet tends to be good, I really liked the triplets of belleville.
Grave of the fireflies, and most movies by studoi ghibli is good, this one is my "favorite"
And lastly, I have heard Erneste & Celestine is good, but I have not been able to find and synch translations for it.
