- create a fat32 partition in windows
- extract the ISO into it
- reboot, and your BIOS's UEFI boot manager should see this partition and be able to boot it (if it can't, you'll need to boot the UEFI console, use that to find EFI Grub, and use that to boot your extracted ISO).
- don't delete the fat32 partition until after you're fully installed
